TO Sellers:
1) Items on auction must be valuable.
2) Items must be handmade, items can be anything as long as it is legal for selling.
3) Items must have a basic value for people to start bidding.
4) Items must not be too bulky and heavy.
5) Items must be sent to the "Admins" in order to check if it worth the minimum bidding value.
6) Items will be send to the last person who bid the highest within a month.
7) The highest bidder will pay the admins and 'we' will send the money to the original owner.
8) As we do the selling for the original owner, we will charge 10% for every item sold excluding the shipping or postage fees.
9) Shipping and postage fees will not be charged extras. Envelope and shipping will be total up and deduct from the sold price before paying to the original seller.
10) Sellers must inform Kawaii Monogatari admins before mailing their items.
11) If the item is not bid by anyone within a month, item will be taken down from kawaii monogatari 'Auction!' page.
12) Once the item is taken down from the Auction page, we will send an email to the seller to ask if they want to continue putting up for Auction. If not, item will be send back to the seller. Sellers are given one week to reply.
13) Dues to circumstance of people criticizing Kawaii Monogatari is stealing their designs, seller must provide a statement of agreeing to our terms and conditions before putting up their posts. Once seller is interested in putting item up for bidding, we will send an email on terms and conditions to them immediately. So please agree and provide the below information, all in one email.
14) Seller will be 'tomo' immediately once after they post up their bidding item.
15) Sellers can have more than one item up for bidding in one auction.

TO Bidders:
1) Bidders must provide the below information before bidding.
2) Bidders will be finalized after 1 month of bidding.
3) Bidding Price must be higher than the one in the auction.
4) Bidding Price will not be including shipping and postage fees.
5) Bidders can only offer their price through emailing us, bidders cannot offer their price through other social media like Facebook or Twitter.
6) If there is any people bids higher price, email will be send to the previous higher bidders.
7) Bidder name can/will be up on our "Auctions!" page. Item will be sent after money is transferred to our account.
8) Bidder cannot bid for items that had removed from the Auction.

INTERESTED BIDDER ONLY NEED TO PROVIDE ONE TIME FOR ONE ITEM. MEANING THE NEXT TIME COMPETING WILL NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE THE SAME INFORMATION AGAIN.

- Kawaii monogatari nor original seller will not be responsible for any of the lost mail.
